We’ve got some really exciting news to share.
PCnet has been named a finalist for the 2026 W. Curtis Strube Small Business Award, presented by the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. We’re truly honored to be included and, honestly, just really thankful. For a company that has been part of the Springfield community since 1987, this moment means a lot to us.

Taking a Moment to Appreciate It
Most days, we’re focused on helping our clients. Solving problems, planning ahead, and keeping things running the way they should. So when something like this comes along, it gives us a chance to pause for a moment and take it in.
This recognition reflects years of steady work, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. It’s something we’re proud of, but more than anything, grateful for.
What This Really Comes Back To
At PCnet, the goal has always been simple: help businesses feel more confident in their technology.
That means fewer surprises, clearer direction, and systems that actually support the way they want to grow. Over the years, that has included managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and long-term IT strategy, all built around helping businesses operate more securely and plan ahead with confidence.
But the real focus has always been the people behind the business. Taking the time to understand how things work, what challenges are coming up, and what needs to happen next. Then building a plan that makes sense for them, not something off the shelf.
That partnership mindset has been part of who we are from the beginning, and it continues to guide how we work today.
PCnet is Grateful to Be Part of This Community
One of the best parts of this recognition is what it represents beyond PCnet.
Springfield is filled with businesses across industries like real estate, insurance, consulting, and food service. Each one plays a role in supporting the community and keeping things moving forward. Being included in this group is something we’re genuinely grateful for.
We’d Love to See You There
The award will be announced at the Small Business Award Luncheon on Wednesday, May 6, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oasis Hotel & Convention Center in Springfield.
It’s a great opportunity to connect with other local businesses, spend time with the community, and recognize the work being done across Springfield. The event will include networking, lunch, and a keynote from Missouri State Head Football Coach Casey Woods, focused on leadership and building strong teams.
If you’ve worked with PCnet, supported us, or just want to be part of it, we’d love for you to join us. You can register ahead of time, come by on the day of the event, and cheer PCnet on as the winner is announced.
Thank You
To our clients, partners, and team, thank you.
This recognition reflects the trust, collaboration, and effort that has gone into the work over the years. We’re grateful to be part of it, and we’re looking forward to what comes next.
